aCCeSS, a Crossborder Cooperation for Smart Specialisation, is a European project that is part of the Interreg Poctefa Programme (2014-2020), whose objective is to promote the transfer of knowledge and technologies from universities to SMEs between French and Spanish border regions to improve their potential for innovation. The main objective of the project is to improve the innovation potential of SMEs in the cross-border territory through the transfer of knowledge and technology in six areas of action that are part of the specialization strategies of the regions participating in aCCeSS.
At the end, public-private partnerships will be launched that allow the first step in the implementation of new innovative projects that can be submitted to European calls in priority thematic areas within the framework of aCCeSS: health services, processing of food, smart cities, renewable energy, aerospace industry, manufacturing industr The results of the project will be transferred to other socio-economic actors in the territory that have already been identified in each of the regions with the objective of guaranteeing the sustainability of the actions. |
